I am so chuffed today, seem to be getting this ole dieting lark on track. WI this week have lost 4lb.
I am so glad that the weight is starting to fall off after a few weeks of just losing a 1lb. Seem to also be getting better equipped in identifying when I am hungry and not just bored.
Well only a short and sweet one this evening as its nearing 1am

Race for Life
I have decided to do something to help the "new Me". I have never in my life ever considered let alone take part in a fun run/charity run. But... I have decided to take part in the race for life. I bit the bullet and signed up before I could change my mind.
To be honest I am really looking forward to it, It's giving me something to work towards and also means I can give something back. I am due to race on 21st June which give my just over 7ish weeks to get a bit fitter.

long time no see...
It's been oh a good 4 months since I last posted. Lead such a boring life lol. not much has happened. I have continued on my journey though and since the start of the shrinking myself I have lost about 25lb- have my next weigh in a WW on Thursday.
I'm not sure why I stopped posting think I just felt like if I posted a gain week I was setting myself up for failure, I know it sounds a little silly but iIdidn't want to see my gains in writing.
I do however need to overcome this and appreciate that as well as losses I will have gains if I am to have a "normal" life. I don't need to give up just because I enjoyed myself over a week or so and have gained some weight back on. This will be a natural part of my life when I reach goal. Weight fluctuates and I want to be able to not have that my whole focus. I hope that makes sense.
Over the past 12 weeks I have had gains as well as losses and you know what it doesn't bother me anymore. It happened, it's over, I'm moving on.
On a more pleasant note I have a mini goal to aim for. I am coming up to my 5th year wedding anniversary this August and I am going to Paris which I am really excited about. I am having this as my goal and want to have lost by then half of the weight I want to lose. I have lost nearly 2stone so far so the plan is to lose another 2 by August. I think I should manage it.
To aid it I have upped the exercise which I sure my body was screaming out for. Funny thing is I keep trying all these different exercises but don't half make a show of myself doing it . Went running on the Wii fit and I kept trying to run fast but my wii person get falling over lol. you had to be there :).
I sure the people walking past my window as I'm on my stepper or boxing on the wii thing im a proper little miss weirdo lol. Well I keep my cat amused lol. I'm sure she just looks on at me in disgust cats seem to have this look permenantly lol.
Weigh in thursday, fingers crossed,will post results.

3rd weigh in....
My favorite day of the week now is a Tuesday. Today is weigh day. Funny how a day can either make me jump for joy or sit crying in a corner lol,
Today was a jump for joy occasion, lost another 2lb this week. Bringing my new total to 8lb since xmas and 16lb since joining WW.
I have been getting a little miffed that i'm only losing 2lb a week and others in my group are losing 5+, don't get me wrong I am really happy for them just wish I could lose the same.. to be honest I need to shut up and be happy with any loss I have.
I have been watching biggest loser and ma really engrosed in watching it, i actually look forward to seeing how they have performaed. The amounts some of the contesents lose is amazing but I suppose with your own personal trainer, all the right food im sure we could all do the same. but working 40 hours a week, college and running my home I should be pretty content with my loss
God, I need to stop moaning lol,

2nd weigh in
it's that time again. a meeting with the dreaded scales , argh!!!!!.
Not to worry though :), lost 2lb again this week. So in the last 2 1/2 weeks have lost about 6lb. woo hoo.
Thank you to all the followers who have commented on my weight loss, I really appreciate it and it really helps me to keep focused. I don't know but it makes me want to succeed this time.
Anyway the violins have been put away now so here's to another week.

1st official weigh in
The group has really taken off. I have a whole network of support , it's fantastic. I am really looking forward to seeing how each person reaches their own personal goal. You go girls :)
On a more personal level I had my first official weigh in and I am over the moon. I initially put on 5lb (glup) on over Christmas but have been trying really hard and stuck to my points everyday since I officially restarted on 1st January and I have lost 4lb wooo hooo.How good it that, Well it took two weeks to gain so it will take 2 weeks to get off.

Positive add on:
Did something really positive today. I created a face book group for a group of fellow ww's and it has really inspired me. It has give me something to focus on and whereas before if I was sat at home I would have easily reached for the biscuit tin but I didn't and haven't. I didn't want to let all those people who have joined the group down by putting on weight at my next weigh in. Really positive 1st step I think.

- Hiya all. Well a bit about me.. This is probably my 5th time round on Weight Watchers. I have lost over 4st the 1st time then low and behold married life set it along with regular visits to the chippy and cosy nights in:). This time though I am determined to hit target and maintain it.
