3rd weigh in....

My favorite day of the week now is a Tuesday. Today is weigh day. Funny how a day can either make me jump for joy or sit crying in a corner lol,

Today was a jump for joy occasion, lost another 2lb this week. Bringing my new total to 8lb since xmas and 16lb since joining WW.

I have been getting a little miffed that i'm only losing 2lb a week and others in my group are losing 5+, don't get me wrong I am really happy for them just wish I could lose the same.. to be honest I need to shut up and be happy with any loss I have.

I have been watching biggest loser and ma really engrosed in watching it, i actually look forward to seeing how they have performaed. The amounts some of the contesents lose is amazing but I suppose with your own personal trainer, all the right food im sure we could all do the same. but working 40 hours a week, college and running my home I should be pretty content with my loss

God, I need to stop moaning lol,

2nd weigh in

it's that time again. a meeting with the dreaded scales , argh!!!!!.

Not to worry though :), lost 2lb again this week. So in the last 2 1/2 weeks have lost about 6lb. woo hoo.

Thank you to all the followers who have commented on my weight loss, I really appreciate it and it really helps me to keep focused. I don't know but it makes me want to succeed this time.

Anyway the violins have been put away now so here's to another week.

1st official weigh in

The group has really taken off. I have a whole network of support , it's fantastic. I am really looking forward to seeing how each person reaches their own personal goal. You go girls :)

On a more personal level I had my first official weigh in and I am over the moon. I initially put on 5lb (glup) on over Christmas but have been trying really hard and stuck to my points everyday since I officially restarted on 1st January and I have lost 4lb wooo hooo.How good it that, Well it took two weeks to gain so it will take 2 weeks to get off.

I am actually looking forward to next wi, never thought iI'dhear myself think that.

Positive add on:

Did something really positive today. I created a face book group for a group of fellow ww's and it has really inspired me. It has give me something to focus on and whereas before if I was sat at home I would have easily reached for the biscuit tin but I didn't and haven't. I didn't want to let all those people who have joined the group down by putting on weight at my next weigh in. Really positive 1st step I think.

day two

Don't worry I wont be posting each day... Just wanted to let you know that I have passed the 1st hurdle.

I kept within points yesterday but I wanted to see how many points I would have used if I ate what I did on Wednesday. Every time I reached for the extra biscuits or chocolate I wrote it down and oh my god think I would have gone well over my points allowance 2 fold. Just goes to show you doesn't it.

Went bowling and laser quest on NYE and still feel pain in the muscles I didn't even know I had lol. Quite a busy schedule ahead of me today so hopefully that will keep my mind of eating (woulds be a first though)

day one

Well this is it guys, the start of the rest of my life....... how cheesy does that sound lol. Seriously though I am determined this time to see it though and actually spend my time enjoying food instead of battling against it. Hopefully keeping this blog will help me in my journey and may provided support to others going though the same.

Today I am having a sort of spring clean well January clean I suppose. I am clearing out my cupboards and donating the Christmas goodies . So long Chocolate, see ya later chips and bye bye biscuits xxxx

Set my first goal today ......... Joined a winter challenge with ww online and I am going to aim to lose 20lb in 12 weeks. Fingers crossed xx
