3rd weigh in....

My favorite day of the week now is a Tuesday. Today is weigh day. Funny how a day can either make me jump for joy or sit crying in a corner lol,

Today was a jump for joy occasion, lost another 2lb this week. Bringing my new total to 8lb since xmas and 16lb since joining WW.

I have been getting a little miffed that i'm only losing 2lb a week and others in my group are losing 5+, don't get me wrong I am really happy for them just wish I could lose the same.. to be honest I need to shut up and be happy with any loss I have.

I have been watching biggest loser and ma really engrosed in watching it, i actually look forward to seeing how they have performaed. The amounts some of the contesents lose is amazing but I suppose with your own personal trainer, all the right food im sure we could all do the same. but working 40 hours a week, college and running my home I should be pretty content with my loss

God, I need to stop moaning lol,

  1. hey you are doing great !!! on the biggest loser, they are working out 6 - 10 hours a day in the gym, not very realistic :)

Nat dont be silly! you shouldnt be loosing any more than 2lbs! youve got to think if u loose between 0.5 and 2lbs thats better than 5 or 6 ... those ppl theyr weight probably wont stay off! and if they are newbies it could be their first week and thats why they loose more! dont be disheartened! i have lost between 0.5 and 2 on average evry week since i started and it all adds up this is now my 15th week and i am 1.5 off 2 stone! so be PROUD of yourself woman ur doing craking! and think a lb a week will be 46lbs by xmas week which will be 3 stone 4lbs gone forever!! xxx

I have lost over 4st the 1st time then low and behold married life set it along with regular visits to the chippy and cosy nights in:). This time though I am determined to hit target and maintain it.
